Law firm The Matian Firm is currently seeking an experienced Paralegal with Immigration Law experience to join our team in Las Vegas, NV. This is a great opportunity for someone with a client-service attitude and excellent case management skills to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

We are looking for a Paralegal with at least 1-2 years of Immigration Law experience, who is familiar with the procedural requirements for different types of non-immigrant and immigrant visas. The ideal candidate will also have previous experience in a legal field and be fluent in Spanish.

As an Immigration Paralegal, you will be responsible for analyzing case documents and preparing immigration applications for filing with the appropriate government agency. You will also have the opportunity to communicate with clients and foreign nationals, oversee case status through case management systems, and assist attorneys in managing their caseload. This role also requires the ability to complete assignments and communicate case progress to supervisors.

- Prepare and file immigration applications with government agencies
- Communicate with clients and foreign nationals regarding case processing and procedural issues
- Manage case status through case management and billing systems

- Update case management system with client information and case progress
- Maintain physical files and documents for immigration cases
- Keep clients informed of case progress
- Assist attorneys and team members in managing caseload

Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of Immigration Law experience
- Previous experience as a paralegal or in a legal field
- Fluency in Spanish
- Familiarity with Family-Based Petitions, Humanitarian, EOIR, Detained, Citizenship, and other USCIS applications
- Experience with Case Management Software
