This is a great opportunity for someone with a client-service attitude and excellent case management skills to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. We are looking for a Paralegal with at least 1-2 years of Immigration Law experience, who is familiar with the procedural requirements for different types of non-immigrant and immigrant visas. The ideal candidate will also have previous experience in a legal field and be fluent in Spanish. As an Immigration Paralegal, you will be responsible for analyzing case documents and preparing immigration applications for filing with the appropriate government agency. You will also have the opportunity to communicate with clients and foreign nationals, oversee case status through case management systems, and assist attorneys in managing their caseload. This role also requires the ability to complete assignments and communicate case progress to supervisors.
