Job Title: Litigation Docket Specialist (California and Asbestos-Specific Docketing)
Department: Conflict/Docket/Records

Experience: 3-5 years in litigation docketing and 2 years with a degree or certificate in a related field

Responsibilities:
- Independently docket for designated assignment group, including reviewing and comprehending documents, verifying accuracy of deadlines, and ensuring accuracy of timekeepers assigned to matters.
- Create, review, and distribute accurate matter reports.
- Research and apply statutory, agency, and court rules and practices.
- Collaborate with the Litigation Docket Manager to improve docketing best practices.
- Assist with special projects as needed.
- Stay current with developments, procedures, and rules in courts and agencies.

Qualifications:
- 2-year degree or Paralegal Certificate, or 4-year degree in a related field preferred.
- 3-5 years of litigation docketing experience, with specific experience using CompuLaw Vision.
- Strong knowledge of California litigation and asbestos practice.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe products, and internet research.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
