Overview:

- Law firm seeking a Litigation Associate for the Business Litigation Department in Minneapolis, MN
- Ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in litigation and prior experience in private practice or related in-house positions
- Judicial clerkship experience is preferred
- Must have excellent interpersonal, analytical, and writing skills, as well as a strong academic background

Responsibilities:

- Work collaboratively with the Business Litigation Department to help businesses achieve their goals regionally, nationally, and globally
- Provide innovative solutions to legal needs by cultivating a diverse workforce
- Serve clients through the firm's ten locations around the world


Qualifications:

- 1-5 years of experience in litigation
- Prior experience in private practice or related in-house positions
- Judicial clerkship experience is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and writing skills
- Strong academic background
