Law firm Fried Frank is seeking a senior paralegal to join their Financial Services group in the Corporate practice. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced paralegal to work with top clients and gain knowledge in the financial services industry. The position offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $135,000 USD for candidates with at least five years of corporate paralegal experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support attorneys in preparing and reviewing regulatory filings for state, federal, and international banking agencies.
- Interact with high-level clients to gather information for filings, including knowledge of investment fund structure and executive officers.
- Assist with drafting legal responses to client requests and correspondence.
- Maintain internal documents and perform reconciliation tasks.
- Assist with document retrieval and various projects as needed.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 5 years of corporate paralegal experience in a legal environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PDF software, and database and case management systems.
- Experience with corporate governance matters preferred.
