Providence office of a **Members Only** Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a personal injury attorney with experience. The candidate will personally handle under the supervision of a senior attorney, a file load of personal injury and medical malpractice cases. Will have extensive client interaction, including intake and subsequent communications. Prepare demands and negotiate successful resolutions on behalf of clients. Advocate and litigate on behalf of injured clients at depositions, arbitrations, mediations, and trials. Independently research, interpret, and apply legal principles in the context of motion practice and litigation. Attend and participate in weekly team meetings relating to the evaluation and advancement of injury and malpractice cases. Work collaboratively with senior attorneys in litigating complex medical negligence and serious injury cases. Active involvement in all phases of client representation, from initial office conferences, case development, demand, negotiation, and litigation.
