The candidate will be drafting and negotiating software and SaaS licenses; drafting and negotiating software development and joint development agreements; drafting and negotiating pharmaceutical and biotech licenses; drafting and negotiating pharmaceutical and biotech development, manufacturing, and commercialization agreements. USPTO admission is strongly preferred. Undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or Computer Science preferred.
