H2: Responsibilities and Qualifications

Responsibilities:
- Draft and negotiate various types of procurement contracts, including agreements related to hosted services, professional services, IT procurement, HR services, licenses, other cloud-based products, and services purchased by Vanguard.
- Analyze changes requested by third-party vendors and provide legal advice to business lines procuring products or services from such vendors.
- Advise internal business and procurement groups on third-party vendor relationships and associated risks.
- Coordinate and collaborate with subject matter experts within the Office of the General Counsel to seek input on legal and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain expertise in commercial contracting, Vanguard's business and products, and the investment industry.
- Participate in document reviews to ensure contracts meet legal requirements.
- Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of five years related work experience, paralegal/legal experience preferred.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
