Position Overview: Assist with the representation of developers, landowners, and other stakeholders in the land use and zoning process. Draft and review legal documents related to land use and zoning matters, including petitions, applications, and agreements. Conduct legal research and analysis on complex land use and zoning issues. Communicate with clients, members of the community, and public officials on behalf of the firm's clients. Participate in community negotiations and public hearings. Develop and maintain relationships with clients and other stakeholders. Work collaboratively with other attorneys and staff within the firm to provide comprehensive legal services to clients. Qualifications: 1-4 years of experience as an attorney, preferably with some exposure to real estate transactions. Strong academic credentials, including a . from a top tier law school.
