Salary Information:
- Annual compensation range: $260,000 - $390,000
- Salary offered within range dependent on qualifications and operational considerations

Responsibilities:
- Conducting legal research on tax law
- Assisting with strategic and private equity M&A transactions
- Participating in capital markets deals, including spin-offs and IPOs
- Helping with investment fund formation
- Working on real estate matters, including REITs
- Collaborating with team members to creatively solve complex problems

Requirements:
- Law degree from accredited university
- Admission to state bar
- Experience with tax law and related transactions
- Excellent writing, oral communication, and analytical skills
- Strong academic background
- Ability to think critically and creatively
