Real Estate Assistant or Paralegal Position at Well-Established Law Firm

Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to join a well-established law firm and work with a dynamic real estate team? Pavese Law Firm is seeking a full-time Real Estate Assistant or Paralegal to support our large developer real estate practice. This position offers the chance to work on some of the largest developments throughout Florida and gain valuable experience in the field of real estate law.

Responsibilities:

- Assist the real estate team with preparing Declarations of Covenants, handling governmental submittals, and coordinating with clients, consultants, and engineers.
- Proofread, revise, and finalize documents under the direction of attorneys.
- Complete conflict checks, open files, and process time entries.
- Maintain confidentiality of information, files, records, and documents.
- Utilize proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Present a professional appearance and attitude at all times.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

- Previous real estate experience or experience with land use matters or HOA's is helpful.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and complete simultaneous projects.
- Effective interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
