Law Firm seeks Patent Litigation Associate Attorney with 3-6 years of experience

Perkins Coie LLP is seeking a midlevel associate to join their nationally ranked Patent Litigation group. The ideal candidate will have a degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or a similar field, as well as 3-6 years of experience in litigating patent disputes. This position offers a competitive salary range of $225,000 to $390,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience.

Job Responsibilities:

- Litigate patent disputes, including pre-suit investigation, trial, and appeal
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and objectives
- Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff on cases
- Participate in firm-sponsored training and development programs

Qualifications:

- 3-6 years of experience in patent litigation
- Degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or similar field preferred
- Practical work experience in technical expertise preferred
- Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
