We are currently seeking an Associate Attorney to join our Premises Liability litigation department in our Tampa offices. This individual will have a key role in providing support to our attorneys and clients throughout the state of Florida.

Responsibilities:

- Provide legal support to clients and attorneys in personal injury premises liability matters
- Handle pre-litigation and litigation tasks under the guidance of senior attorneys
- Maintain strong client relationships and guide them through the case process
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents
- Prepare for and attend trials, depositions, mediations, hearings, and other court appearances
- Work closely with attorneys, paralegals, and case managers to meet established KPIs
- Interact with expert witnesses and manage the release approval process
- Participate in settlement negotiations

Requirements:

- Law degree from a fully accredited law school
- Active member in good standing with the Florida Bar Association
- 1+ years of personal injury experience preferred
- Ability to handle a high volume of pre-litigation cases
- Excellent client service and communication skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Self-starter with long-term career goals
- Experience managing case staff
- Superior writing and oral advocacy skills

This role reports to a senior-level trial attorney.
