Law firm Goldberg Segalla is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join their team as an experienced Workers' Compensation Defense Paralegal. This full-time position is located at their Orange County office and offers a competitive hourly salary and bonus opportunity.

Job Responsibilities:

- Perform administrative duties, including proofreading and editing all materials with extreme accuracy and attention to detail.
- Type accurately at a rate of 65-75 words per minute.
- Ensure proper naming conventions and saving of electronic files related to assigned matters.
- Utilize knowledge of legal documents and terminology.
- Assist with calendar calls and deposition scheduling.
- Experience with e-filing, discovery requests, motion preparation, calendaring and docketing deadlines, and EAMS is a plus.

Requirements and Skills:

- 3+ years of experience in Workers' Compensation practice.
- ABA Approved Paralegal Certificate.
- Knowledge of billing and adherence to client guidelines.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Positive attitude.
