Bressler, Amery & Ross, a prestigious law firm with a national presence, is currently seeking a highly organized and experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our team in Florham Park, NJ. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

As a Litigation Paralegal at our firm, you will provide critical support to our Principals and Associates in the Personal Injury Defense Practice Group. Your responsibilities will include organizing case files and documents, tracking and docketing cases, and scheduling appointments and hearings. You will also be responsible for obtaining, analyzing, and summarizing medical records, as well as preparing depositions, exhibits, and trial binders. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to interact with various individuals, including firm personnel, clients, outside counsel, and court personnel.

To excel in this role, you must have a minimum of three to five years of paralegal experience in personal injury or medical malpractice. Your exceptional organizational skills will be crucial in managing the high volume of cases and documents in this fast-paced environment. Strong written and oral communication skills, as well as strong analytical skills, are also essential for success in this position. Experience with document management technology is preferred, and proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must. A minimum of a 4-year college degree or equivalent work experience is required.
