Law Firm Seeking Experienced Paralegal for General Liability and Construction Defect Practice Groups in Tampa, Miami, or Boca Raton, FL

- Responsible for all aspects of case management, including pre-trial preparation and summarizing of records
- Must be extremely organized and self-motivated
- Must possess a paralegal certificate
- Professional and pleasant demeanor required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail is a must
- Ability to process and follow up on subpoenas for various records
- Must be able to communicate with experts and prepare materials for their review
- Ability to work effectively in a team atmosphere
- High level of computer competency, specifically in Microsoft Office Suite and other legal software
- Trial preparation experience, including exhibits and witness materials
- Ability to review, analyze, and organize document productions from opposing parties
- Must be able to redact sensitive information from records
- Reliable with excellent attendance
- Full-time position, Monday-Friday, 8:30 . - 5:00 .

They must also have the ability to process and follow up on subpoenas, communicate with experts, and redact sensitive information from records.
