  • Finnegan’s Law Firm is seeking an Attorney to manage and supervise patent prosecution, due diligence, and FTO work.

  • Experience: 4-5 years of experience running day to day supervision and training of technical specialists and junior attorneys; working on prosecution, due diligence, FTO, counseling matters; and handling large clients with big portfolios globally.

  • Requirements: Must be licensed to practice before the USPTO and in a state where Finnegan has an office. A hard science background, particularly in molecular/cellular biology, gene therapy or antibodies, is required. An advanced degree in a related field is strongly preferred.

  • Location: Ideally, the candidate will be based in Boston but we are open to candidates located in areas where we have other offices, as well as candidates who want to work remotely.

  • Compensation: We offer a flexible billable hour requirement, competitive pay and bonus structure, and a generous benefits package.

The ideal candidate should have at least 4-5 years of experience and a hard science background, particularly in molecular/cellular biology, gene therapy or antibodies.
