In this job description, we are looking for an experienced Intellectual Property Attorney to join our growing and sophisticated intellectual property practice at **Members Only**. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with at least two years of experience in drafting and prosecuting patent applications, as well as preferably experience in intellectual property litigation and/or trademark prosecution and enforcement. Our firm offers a broad platform for our IP practice, including patent and trademark portfolio development, litigation, post-grant proceedings, studies and opinions, and technology transfer and licensing. We are looking for candidates with outstanding academic credentials, excellent communication skills, and preferably an undergraduate or advanced degree in a technical discipline such as computer science, electrical engineering, physics, or mechanical engineering.
