Energy & Infrastructure - PPA Associate: Join **Members Only**, a leading law firm, as a PPA Associate in our Energy & Infrastructure practice at any of our US office locations. We are seeking an attorney with 4-8 years of experience in energy projects, specifically focused on energy offtake work, including renewable energy power purchase agreements, corporate PPAs, energy storage offtake agreements, and more. This is a full-time, non-partner position.

Responsibilities:
- Work on energy projects relating to renewables and energy storage
- Draft and negotiate various energy offtake agreements
- Collaborate closely with clients in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:
- 4-8+ years of relevant experience
- Excellent academic credentials and communication skills
- Membership to the State Bar of the office location is required
