Provides effective strategies to protect the client?s financial, family, or business interests. Stays informed regarding all current and pending legislation, rules, regulations, and court requirements. Builds trustworthy relationships with clients. Makes daily learning a priority. Uses the firm?s technology and software platforms for greater efficiency and more accurate work products. Prepares legal documents, memos, and contracts in a timely and accurate manner. Collects retainers from clients and executes contracts for services in a timely, professional manner. Participates in firm marketing events. NE Bar license is preferred.
