Job Description:
- Seeking a mid-level corporate associate with 3+ years of experience advising public companies or investment banks
- Must have experience with SEC compliance, disclosure, governance, and exchange matters
- Experience representing issuers or investment banks in capital market transactions, including IPOs, SPACs, direct listings, and follow-on offerings
- Preference for experience or affinity for technology and/or life sciences companies
- Superior academic credentials and excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills required
- Must be barred in the state of the office they are applying for or eligible to sit/waive into the next bar exam
