Job Title: Construction Litigation Associate
Location: Philadelphia, PA
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
Experience: 3+ years in construction or commercial litigation

Responsibilities:
• Perform legal research and writing related to construction matters
• Draft pleadings and motion practice for state and federal courts
• Handle bid protests and claims before boards and agencies
• Provide litigation support to trial counsel
• Analyze facts and apply legal principles to cases
• Communicate with clients and other attorneys regarding case updates
• Attend court hearings and trials as needed

Requirements:
• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the Pennsylvania bar, with preference for additional jurisdiction(s)
• Strong academic credentials, including law review experience
• Proficiency in state and federal civil procedures
• Excellent legal research and writing skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple cases simultaneously
• Strong communication and organizational skills
