Summary: Paralegal, Litigation position available with Royal Caribbean Group in Miami, FL. Experience: Minimum of 6 years of paralegal experience in a corporate in-house department or large law firm

Responsibilities:

- Review and analyze legal documents and correspondence for in-house counsel
- Gather and analyze internal documents, data, and evidence for ongoing litigation and investigations
- Organize and maintain legal documents in paper or electronic filing systems
- Assist in preparing and coordinating responses to subpoenas and other legal pleadings
- Conduct legal research and docket searches
- Provide administrative support to in-house counsel, including calendaring and expense reports

Qualifications:

- Associate's degree in legal or business areas preferred
- Paralegal training and/or degree
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Demonstrated leadership skills and attention to detail
