Summary: Paralegal, Litigation position available with Royal Caribbean Group in Miami, FL. This full-time role requires a minimum of 6 years of paralegal experience in a corporate in-house department or large law firm. The successful candidate will provide support to the legal department in various litigation and compliance matters, including reviewing and organizing legal documents, coordinating responses to subpoenas and other legal pleadings, and conducting legal research. The position also requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Experience: Minimum of 6 years of paralegal experience in a corporate in-house department or large law firm

Responsibilities:

- Review and analyze legal documents and correspondence for in-house counsel
- Gather and analyze internal documents, data, and evidence for ongoing litigation and investigations
- Organize and maintain legal documents in paper or electronic filing systems
- Assist in preparing and coordinating responses to subpoenas and other legal pleadings
- Conduct legal research and docket searches
- Provide administrative support to in-house counsel, including calendaring and expense reports

Qualifications:

- Associate's degree in legal or business areas preferred
- Paralegal training and/or degree
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Demonstrated leadership skills and attention to detail
