The Law Firm is seeking a Lateral Associate to join its Dallas office. The successful candidate must possess excellent academic credentials, have a minimum of three years of experience practicing law, and have a basic understanding of the practice of law. The successful candidate must also have a strong commitment to client service and a desire to work in a team-oriented environment.

The Lateral Associate will handle a variety of matters, including corporate, litigation, and intellectual property. The Lateral Associate will have the opportunity to work with some of the best attorneys in the field and will be expected to provide excellent legal representation to our clients. Additionally, the Lateral Associate will participate in client development and business development activities.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual compensation range for this position is between $215,000 and $415,000. The salary offered within this range will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations. Benefits offered for this position include health care; retirement benefits; paid days off, including sick time, and vacation time; parental leave; basic life insurance; Flexible Spending Accounts; as well as discretionary, performance-based bonuses.
