Diversity Fellowship
The 1L Diversity Fellowship offers a select number of highly qualified 1L students from diverse backgrounds the opportunity to participate in the firm’s summer associate program. Candidate will also have the opportunity to participate in the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) scholars program and are eligible to earn an offer to return for their 2L summer, as well as a addition to meeting the criteria for the summer associate program, applicants for the 1L program must show: Demonstrated leadership ability; Contributions to the community; Commitment to the practice of law; Genuine interest. Should have outstanding undergraduate and law school academic achievement. Member of a historically underrepresented group in the legal profession required. 1L enrolled in an ABA-accredited law school required.
