To help us achieve this goal, we are seeking highly skilled and dedicated Immigration Trial Attorneys to join our team.

As an Immigration Trial Attorney at **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***., you will have the opportunity to represent clients before Immigration Courts in removal defenses, applications for immigration relief, criminal removal matters, custody and bond hearings, as well as federal courts for immigration and civil related litigation. You will also have the chance to appear for interviews or appointments before government agencies and communicate with clients to address their legal inquiries and gather necessary documents. Additionally, you will be responsible for diligently updating case statuses in our management and tracking systems, writing legal articles or newsletters for the firm, attending business development meetings, and adhering to our compliance policies and procedures.

To be considered for this position, you must have a and be an active member in good standing of any state bar in the United States. You should also have the ability to manage 100+ case files and at least 5 years of experience in removal defense, general immigration law, or litigation. Strong legal research and writing skills, as well as excellent communication skills, are also required. We are looking for individuals who are committed to their professional growth and advancement within the firm, and who are fully available for a full-time position.
