Law Firm Seeks Air Associate for Environmental Law Department in Austin

The ideal candidate for this position will have two to four years of experience in environmental law, specifically handling matters related to the Texas Clean Air Act and Federal Clean Air Act. This position offers a competitive salary range of $190,000 to $220,000 annually, with potential for additional bonuses.

Requirements:

- . from an ABA-accredited law school
- Active membership in Texas bar or another state with ability to become admitted to Texas bar
- Experience or interest in major federal environmental statutes and Texas laws and regulations
- Strong analytical, research, writing, and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
- Creative and critical thinking skills

Responsibilities:

- Handling matters related to the Texas Clean Air Act and Federal Clean Air Act
- Assisting with resolving environmental, natural resource, and sustainability issues for clients
- Conducting legal research and analysis
- Drafting legal documents and correspondence
- Communicating with clients and colleagues
