Thomas Jones Consulting, LLC was formed in 2004 to assist attorneys with the discovery and navigation of new and exciting career opportunities. Over the course of more than a decade spent actively developing relationships, learning the industry, as well as the national and international markets, I have helped attorneys at all levels identify and pursue new career opportunities with the primary goal of continued professional and personal advancement. As a legal recruiting professional, I incorporate my relationship building, managerial, organizational and critical thinking skills in pursuit of my attorney candidate’s and client hiring entity’s goals. I earned my undergraduate degree in Economics from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, NY and earned my law degree from the University of Maryland School of Law.
