The majority of our positions are for patent attorneys, but we have clients seeking trademark and licensing attorneys as well. The Patent Bar membership is only a sliver of all the attorneys practicing in the United States. Because of the small nature of this specialized legal community, precise recruiting methods must be employed. At Tech Law Recruiting, Inc.® a candidate will not have their resume scattered everywhere, nor will a client be flooded with resumes with an agency’s hope that one will "stick." We have developed a large client and candidate database so as to accurately match the candidate’s career objectives with the employer’s hiring needs. For us, focus and discretion are qualities we take seriously. Working on a nationwide basis, we make no pretense that we can effectively handle all available IP openings. We do cover all of the patent arts for our client firms and corporations, and all of our fees are client paid.
