The **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. is seeking highly qualified attorneys for the position of Assistant Attorney General in the Consumer Protection Section, specifically in the Antitrust, Multistate, and Privacy (AMP) Unit. This unit works to enforce state and national laws related to competition, consumer protection, and data security, in collaboration with other state attorneys general and federal enforcement partners. The Consumer Protection Section handles complex and high-profile civil litigation and criminal prosecutions.

Responsibilities:

• Enforce state and federal laws related to competition, consumer protection, and data security
• Collaborate with other state attorneys general and federal enforcement partners
• Investigate and litigate cases related to unlawful monopolization, conspiracies in restraint of trade, and mergers with a substantial impact in Missouri
• Enforce Missouri's data breach notification laws, the Missouri Merchandising Practices Act, and other federal statutes such as HIPAA and COPPA

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Antitrust, Multistate, or Privacy field
• Knowledge of state and federal court practice
• Exceptional educational and professional credentials
• Trial experience
• Must be licensed to practice law in Missouri
