Duties

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in environmental law.
• Proven track record in CERCLA and RCRA matters.
• Experience with environmental due diligence and insurance.
• Licensed to practice in Illinois or Colorado, or eligible for comity.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in Illinois or Colorado, or eligibility for waiver.
