A growing law firm in the Dallas, is seeking a motivated Entry-Level Associate Attorney to join its team. This position offers new attorneys the opportunity to build a foundation in both family and immigration law while working under the guidance of experienced practitioners. The role involves courtroom exposure, client interaction, and professional development in a collaborative, supportive environment.

Represent clients in family law cases including divorce, child custody, and support matters
Handle immigration cases such as deportation defense, visa applications, and naturalization petitions
Conduct legal research and contribute to case strategy development
Draft and file pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents
Attend court hearings, mediations, and client meetings
Collaborate with senior attorneys and legal support staff
Stay current with changes in family and immigration law
Strong interest in family law and immigration law
Ability to work independently while also thriving in a team setting
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school
Licensed to practice law in the state of Texas (required)
Excellent legal writing and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
Professional demeanor and high ethical standards
Proficiency in legal research tools and case management systems
