- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless, high-quality legal services.
- Mentor junior associates and provide guidance to ensure their professional development.
- Take an active role in firm leadership and strategic direction.
Requirements
- Significant experience in one or more of the following practice areas: Corporate, Litigation, Trusts & Estates.
- Strong client management and business development abilities.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing complex legal matters and teams.
- Strategic problem-solving and excellent negotiation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and clients.
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications
- Active bar membership in at least one jurisdiction where the firm operates.
Skills
- Expertise in legal research, analysis, and writing.
- High-level interpersonal communication skills.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor teams of legal professionals.
