Duties:

• Represent clients in family law, civil litigation, and probate cases

• Attend court appearances within approximately 90 minutes travel time each way (occasional travel up to 3 hours)

• Draft legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence

• Conduct legal research and case analysis

• Participate in client consultations and case strategy sessions

• Collaborate with paralegals and support staff for efficient case management

• Maintain compliance with internal billing practices and productivity expectations

Requirements:

• Recently licensed attorney or JD graduate with pending Bar results

• Demonstrated interest in family law, probate, and litigation

• Willingness to travel regularly for court appearances

• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a remote setting

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active Illinois law license (or awaiting bar results with intent to practice in Illinois)
