Job Title: Entry Level Associate Attorney

Job Responsibilities:
The Entry Level Associate Attorney will be joining a Workers' Compensation defense department within a law firm. As part of the NorCal team in Walnut Creek, the attorney will be expected to engage in legal practices related to Workers' Compensation defense. The law firm is seeking a self-motivated and hard-working individual who is eager to learn and grow within the firm. While specific experience is not necessary due to the entry-level nature of the position, the attorney will need to demonstrate a willingness to adopt the unique practices of the firm, which differ from typical defense firms. Responsibilities may include preparing legal documents, engaging in legal research, participating in client meetings, and representing clients in legal proceedings under the supervision and guidance of more experienced attorneys.

Education and Experience Information:
The candidate must have obtained their California Bar Number to be considered for this position. No prior experience is necessary as this is an entry-level position, and the law firm is open to training the right candidate who demonstrates a desire to grow within the organization.

Salary Information:
The position offers a salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 per year, with compensation based on experience. Additional benefits include:
