H1: Join the Securities Litigation Group at a Leading Law Firm H2: Seeking Experienced Associate for Securities Litigation Role at **Members Only**, a leading law firm, is seeking an experienced Associate to join their Securities Litigation Group. The group handles a wide range of civil and regulatory matters for corporate and individual clients, including securities class actions, derivative suits, merger litigation, and internal investigations. As an Associate in this group, you will have the opportunity to work on high-profile cases for some of the world's most cutting-edge technology and life sciences companies, as well as handle complex investigatory and regulatory matters. Job Responsibilities: - Represent issuers and their directors and officers in securities-related disputes - Conduct internal investigations related to allegations of accounting fraud, whistleblower claims, or violations of anti-bribery laws - Defend companies and individuals in DOJ and SEC investigations and regulatory proceedings - Work closely with partners and senior associates on all aspects of litigation and regulatory matters - Research and draft legal documents, including pleadings, briefs, and motions - Participate in all phases of the discovery process - Attend depositions, hearings, and trials as needed - Communicate with clients and provide updates on case progress Qualifications: - Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school - Barred in the state where you are applying or eligible to sit/waive into the next bar exam - At least 4 years of relevant experience, preferably in securities litigation - Strong academic credentials - Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills Benefits and Compensation: At Fenwick, we believe in taking care of our employees and their families.
