Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies and arguments.
  • Draft, review, and manage legal documents such as complaints, motions, and discovery requests.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling oral arguments in court and during settlement negotiations.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and provide legal advice to clients.
  • Manage case files and maintain detailed case developments and client communications records.
  • Attend depositions, mediations, and other legal proceedings as required.
  • Stay updated on relevant legal developments and changes in the law.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of litigation experience, focusing on copyright, trademark, trade secret, consumer class action, and complex commercial litigation.
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Must be admitted to practice law in New York (NY).
  • Proven track record of handling complex litigation cases successfully.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Licensed to practice law in New York (NY).
