A leading creditors' rights and business law firm is seeking a Pennsylvania-barred Entry-Level Associate Attorney to join its legal team at the Washington, . metro area office, conveniently located near a Red Line metro station. This opportunity is ideal for a newly licensed or early-career attorney with strong organizational skills and a desire to build litigation and negotiation experience in a dynamic legal environment.

Location:

• North Bethesda, MD

Duties:

• Review and occasionally draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and briefs

• Assist in negotiations and litigation processes to achieve favorable outcomes for clients

• Manage and prioritize large caseloads independently

• Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and court personnel

• Support case management and compliance with legal procedures and ethical standards

• Maintain updated knowledge of relevant laws and regulations

• Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff to ensure smooth operations within the firm

Requirements:

• 0–2 years of legal experience (entry-level position)

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

• Excellent writing, research, and communication skills

• Ability to independently manage and negotiate cases

• Litigation experience preferred but not required

Education:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in Pennsylvania (required)

• Admission to Maryland, District of Columbia, or Virginia Bars (preferred but not required)
