The USAO Southern District of Texas is seeking to fill an Assistant United States Attorney (Criminal) position in its McAllen, Texas branch office. This is a term position not-to-exceed March 31, 2028, with the possibility of extension or becoming permanent. The position offers a salary range of $73, to $130,, which includes % locality pay. The selected candidate will join a team of dedicated public servants in enforcing federal criminal and civil laws in the Southern District of Texas.
