Duties

- Handle commercial financing transactions, such as mortgage refinances.
- Address employment law issues, including employment contracts and severance agreements.
- Draft letters to residents and manage discrimination cases.
- Attend community and Board meetings.
- Maintain client contact and interaction.
- Draft real estate contracts.
Requirements
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
- Member in good standing with the American Bar Association.
- 1-3 years of relevant law firm experience.
Education
- Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications
- Successful completion of the bar exam.
