Duties

  • Represent clients in family law matters including divorce, custody, spousal support, and property division

  • Draft and review legal pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements

  • Attend hearings, trials, and mediation proceedings

  • Provide legal counsel to clients throughout the litigation process

  • Collaborate with legal support staff to manage cases efficiently

  • Oversee and grow the Little Rock market, including revenue and team development

  • Cultivate a positive and collaborative office culture

  • Work closely with executive leadership to implement market growth strategies

  • Contribute to firm-wide leadership initiatives and process improvements

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in family law litigation

  • Proven leadership and management skills in a legal setting

  • Ability to handle a high-volume caseload with professionalism and attention to detail

  • Demonstrated success in client development and team mentoring

  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and offices

  • Strong understanding of Arkansas family law and court procedures

Education

  • Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited law school

Certifications

  • Active and in-good-standing admission to the Arkansas State Bar

Skills

  • Superior legal writing, research, and courtroom advocacy skills

  • Strong interpersonal and client communication abilities

  • Business acumen with the ability to drive team and market growth
