A national family law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Partner to lead its practice in Little Rock, AR. This leadership role involves high-level litigation work, team mentorship, market growth strategy, and direct client engagement. The ideal candidate will bring over a decade of family law experience, demonstrated leadership capabilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service in sensitive and complex legal matters.

Represent clients in family law matters including divorce, custody, spousal support, and property division
Draft and review legal pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements
Attend hearings, trials, and mediation proceedings
Provide legal counsel to clients throughout the litigation process
Collaborate with legal support staff to manage cases efficiently
Oversee and grow the Little Rock market, including revenue and team development
Cultivate a positive and collaborative office culture
Work closely with executive leadership to implement market growth strategies
Contribute to firm-wide leadership initiatives and process improvements
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in family law litigation
Proven leadership and management skills in a legal setting
Ability to handle a high-volume caseload with professionalism and attention to detail
Demonstrated success in client development and team mentoring
Ability to work collaboratively across departments and offices
Strong understanding of Arkansas family law and court procedures
Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited law school
Active and in-good-standing admission to the Arkansas State Bar
Superior legal writing, research, and courtroom advocacy skills
Strong interpersonal and client communication abilities
Business acumen with the ability to drive team and market growth
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to inspire and lead a diverse legal team
