The Law Firm is seeking a motivated and driven Junior Attorney with experience in personal injury litigation to join our team. This is a full-time, in-house position at our law firm located in Los Angeles, California. We are also open to considering candidates in our Stockton and New York locations. As a Junior Attorney at our law firm, you will have the opportunity to handle personal injury case files from start to finish. This includes evaluating potential claims, drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, and communicating with clients and other parties involved in the case. You will also have the opportunity to make court appearances and negotiate settlements on behalf of our clients. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing a team of support staff and maintaining case files in our case management system.

To be considered for this position, you must have a JD and be licensed and admitted to the California State Bar. We are looking for someone with experience in personal injury litigation and a strong understanding of premises liability. Experience with Westlaw and CasePeer is preferred but not required. Responsibilities:
- Handle personal injury case files from start to finish
- Evaluate potential personal injury claims and provide legal advice to clients
- Draft, review, and modify legal documents
- Conduct legal research and gather evidence relevant to the case
- Communicate with clients, expert witnesses, insurance adjusters, and other parties involved in the case
- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
- Make court appearances and attend mediations, depositions, and trials
- Manage a team of support staff
- Track work calendar and deadlines
- Calculate costs and compensation totals for settlements

Requirements:
- JD and licensed and admitted to the California State Bar
- Experience in personal injury litigation
- Strong understanding of premises liability
- Familiarity with Westlaw and CasePeer is preferred
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage a team and work under pressure
