Overview:
-Lathrop GPM is seeking an experienced attorney with at least 5 years of litigation experience, specifically in construction litigation.
-The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in this area.
Responsibilities:
-Represent clients in construction litigation matters
-Handle all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motions, and trial
-Communicate with clients and provide excellent client service
-Manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
-Active Missouri law license in good standing
-Strong academic credentials
-Exceptional analytical and writing abilities
-Excellent client service skills
-Outstanding interpersonal and problem-solving skills
