## H1: Senior Associate/Junior Partner – Civil Litigation

King Law Offices, PC is looking for an experienced civil litigation attorney to join their team as a Senior Associate or Junior Partner. This position is available in multiple locations, including Columbus (Polk Co., NC), Marion (McDowell Co., NC), Lincolnton (Lincoln Co., NC), Waynesville, (Haywood Co., NC), Charlotte (Mecklenburg), and Brevard (Transylvania Co., NC). This is a full-time position with a salary range of $80,000 - $120,000, commensurate with experience.

## Responsibilities

* Represent clients in various civil dispute matters, including but not limited to collections, construction litigation, demand letters, landlord-tenant matter, and malicious prosecution
* Manage a caseload with minimal supervision, ensuring deadlines are met and providing regular updates to clients
* Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
* Engage in negotiation and mediation efforts to resolve disputes amicably
* Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to ensure seamless case management
* Participate in business development initiatives, including networking events and client meetings
* Mentor and supervise junior attorneys and paralegals

## Requirements

* 2-10 years of experience practicing family law
* Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills
* Strong negotiation and mediation skills
* Ability to manage and prioritize a diverse caseload
* Commitment to maintaining the highest ethical standards and client confidentiality
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-centered focus
* Experience in business development and networking activities is a plus
