Job Title: Attorney (Property Insurance Law)

Job Responsibilities:
- Client Representation: Represent clients in matters related to property insurance law, providing expert legal advice and ensuring their interests are effectively advocated in all legal proceedings.
- Thorough Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for all cases, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in all legal documents and correspondence.
- Case Management: Oversee and manage a portfolio of cases, ensuring timely progress and resolution while maintaining an organized approach to each case.
- Negotiation Skills: Engage in negotiations with opposing parties to achieve favorable outcomes for clients, demonstrating strong negotiation skills and strategic thinking.
- Litigation Excellence: Lead litigation efforts in property insurance cases, utilizing extensive experience to deliver successful outcomes and uphold the highest standards of legal practice.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues and clients to develop legal strategies and solutions, fostering a cooperative environment to achieve common goals.

Education and Experience Information:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in Los Angeles, California.
- Minimum of 7 years of litigation experience with a demonstrated expertise in first-party property insurance law.
- Experience in an insurance defense background.
- Proven ability to generate new business and establish client relationships.

Salary Information:
- Pay: $170,000 - $200,000 per year.
