Job Title: Visiting Assistant Professor of Law, Spring Legal Methods and Commercial Law Course

Job Responsibilities:
The Visiting Assistant Professor of Law at a reputed firm will take on a full-time, tenure-track teaching position within the department. The primary responsibilities include:

- Teaching Legal Methods courses, one in the Fall semester and one in the Spring semester.
- Teaching two additional courses, selected from Sales, Secured Transactions, Intellectual Property Law, First Amendment, or related areas—one in the Fall and one in the Spring.
- Holding regular office hours for student consultations to provide feedback and guidance on course material.
- Engaging in scholarly activities by drafting and publishing research in a specialized area of interest or expertise.
- Participating actively in various committees within the law school and the broader university.

Secondary responsibilities include:

- Being eligible for a Summer Research Grant and engaging in research and scholarly presentations during the academic year.
- Potentially serving as a faculty advisor to student organizations.

Education and Experience Information:
Minimum qualifications for the role include:

- A . degree from an ABA-accredited law school and/or a . or its equivalent from a national or international university.
- An undergraduate degree or its equivalent.

Physical Requirements and/or Unusual Hours:
