# Job Overview
Law Firm is looking for a Senior Associate/Junior Partner – Civil Litigation to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a . from an accredited law school and 2-10 years of experience practicing civil litigation.

# Responsibilities
* Represent clients in various civil dispute matters, including but not limited to collections, construction litigation, demand letters, landlord-tenant matter, and malicious prosecution
* Manage a caseload with minimal supervision, ensuring deadlines are met and providing regular updates to clients
* Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
* Engage in negotiation and mediation efforts to resolve disputes amicably
* Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to ensure seamless case management
* Participate in business development initiatives, including networking events and client meetings
* Mentor and supervise junior attorneys and paralegals

# Requirements
* . from an accredited law school and an active member in good standing with a state bar association
* 2-10 years of experience practicing family law
* Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills
* Strong negotiation and mediation skills
* Ability to manage and prioritize a diverse caseload

# Salary Range
The salary for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 (commensurate with experience).
