Overview:
- Snell & Wilmer, a full-service law firm with over 450 attorneys and 15 locations, is seeking a Labor & Employment Partner for our Portland office.

- Leadership qualities and Oregon bar admission are required for this position.

Responsibilities:
- Expand the labor and employment practice in the Portland office.
- Bring in new clients and maintain existing relationships.
- Oversee and mentor junior attorneys in the department.
- Handle complex and high-profile labor and employment cases.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years as a partner with established practice and $500,000 portable business.
- Oregon bar admission.
- Strong leadership qualities and ability to work collaboratively with others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in handling complex labor and employment cases.

Compensation:
- Salary will be dependent on experience and factors such as book of business and billable hours.
- We welcome inquiries from lateral partner candidates with established practices and a minimum of $500,000 portable business.
