Duties:
Provide strategic legal guidance in the healthcare sector, including regulatory compliance and transactional matters
Manage complex caseloads and lead legal proceedings
Collaborate with other senior attorneys and internal departments on cross-functional legal issues
Represent healthcare clients in negotiations, hearings, and proceedings
Contribute to client development and practice growth initiatives
Maintain a high standard of legal ethics and client confidentiality
Requirements:
Substantial experience practicing healthcare law
Partner-level qualifications or equivalent leadership in a legal practice
Admission to The Florida Bar, or a willingness to obtain Florida licensure
Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and support firm growth
Spanish language proficiency is strongly preferred
Education:
Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited law school
Certifications:
Admission to at least one . State Bar (Florida preferred or eligible for reciprocity/admission)
Skills:
Deep knowledge of healthcare laws and regulations
Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bilingual (English/Spanish) capabilities are highly valued
Proven client relationship management and business development skills
