This position supports legal work primarily in family law, probate, and civil litigation. The role involves remote work with regular travel to courts within a 90-minute radius of Peoria and occasional longer trips. Duties:

• Represent clients in legal proceedings related to family law, probate, and civil matters

Requirements:

• Willingness to travel within a 90-minute radius of Peoria for court appearances

• Interest in family law, probate, and civil litigation

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Illinois Bar admission (active or pending)
