Job Title: Real Estate Associate

Job Responsibilities:
The role involves working as a senior associate within the real estate practice of a law firm in Atlanta. The successful candidate will engage in a variety of complex commercial real estate transactions. Key responsibilities include:
- Handling a broad range of complex commercial real estate transactions such as mortgage secured and mezzanine real estate financings, secured and unsecured syndicated loan facilities, and the assemblage and development of various commercial real estate projects, including office, retail, multifamily, student housing, and energy projects.
- Contributing to the coordination and closing of successful real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, debt and equity transactions, and joint ventures.
- Supporting the practice by managing and training junior associates.

Education and Experience Information:
Candidates must possess excellent academic credentials and have at least 6 years of commercial real estate experience, including commercial real estate finance experience. Lender side financing experience is preferred. Previous experience working in a law firm is required. Additionally, candidates must be licensed to practice law in the State of Georgia and be in good standing.
